Who comes to us for fixed teeth
Most full-mouth patients fall into one of three groups. Some have worn a loose denture for years and are tired of it slipping when they eat or talk. Some have many teeth that are loose or decayed beyond saving, and want to replace them all in one plan rather than one by one. And some were told elsewhere that they don't have enough bone for implants.
For all three, the first step is the same: a CBCT scan of the jaw. It shows where the bone is strongest, and that decides how many implants you need and where they go.
All-on-4, All-on-6 and other options
All-on-4
Four implants carry a full arch of fixed teeth. The two back implants are tilted into stronger bone, so many patients avoid a bone graft. From ₹2,00,000 per jaw.
All-on-6
Six implants share the bite across more support. Often chosen for the upper jaw or for a strong bite. From ₹3,00,000 per jaw.
Zygomatic and pterygoid implants
Anchored in the cheekbone or the back of the upper jaw when the bone loss is severe, so fixed teeth are possible without grafting.
Basal implants
When regular implants can't be placed, basal implants give fixed teeth in 72 hours.

What happens, step by step
1. Scan and plan
CBCT scan, intraoral scan and smile photos. The implants are planned on the scan and a surgical guide is 3D-printed.
2. Surgery
All the implants for one jaw are placed in a single guided session, under local anaesthesia. Conscious sedation is available if you are anxious.
3. Fixed temporary teeth
In suitable cases, a screw-retained temporary set is fitted within 3 days, so you go home with teeth.
4. Healing
For the next 4 to 6 months the implants fuse with the bone. You eat soft food at first and come in for checks.
5. Final teeth
The final bridge is designed digitally and made in our own lab: a titanium framework with PMMA or zirconia teeth, monolithic or layered zirconia, or ceramic fused to titanium.
Implants and lab
For full-mouth cases I use Osstem, Hiossen and Nobel implants, and your written plan names the one chosen for you. The final teeth are made in the clinic's own lab, so the technician who builds your bridge works next door to the surgery and sees you at the try-in.

The quote covers the implants, the surgery, fixed temporary teeth within 3 days, the final teeth, scans and follow-up visits, so there is nothing extra to pay later for what is written on it.
What is All-on-4?
All-on-4 replaces every tooth in one jaw with a fixed bridge held by four implants. The two back implants are tilted into stronger bone, which often avoids a bone graft. The teeth are screwed to the implants, so they do not come out like a denture.
How soon will I have teeth after surgery?
In suitable cases, fixed temporary teeth are fitted within 3 days of surgery. The final teeth go on after the implants have fused with the bone, usually 4 to 6 months later.
Is it All-on-4 or All-on-6 for me?
That depends on your bone, your bite and which jaw is being treated. The CBCT scan shows how much bone there is and where. Six implants spread the bite over more support and are often chosen for the upper jaw or a strong bite.
I was told I do not have enough bone. Can I still get fixed teeth?
Often yes. Tilted implants in All-on-4 use the bone that is left. Where the upper jaw has very little bone, zygomatic or pterygoid implants, or basal implants, can give fixed teeth without a graft.
