Basal implants in Delhi
Some patients come to me after being told they don't have enough bone for implants. For many of them, basal implants are the answer: fixed teeth in 72 hours, without waiting months for a bone graft to heal.
Price
Basal implants, one jaw
From ₹2,00,000 per jaw, including fixed teeth within 72 hours.
Consultation
₹700. The CBCT scan is included in the treatment price.
This is a starting price. Your own plan, with the full cost in writing, comes after a CBCT scan.
Who basal implants are for
I suggest basal implants only when regular implants are not possible. That is usually because the jaw bone has shrunk after years of missing teeth or wearing a denture, and the patient doesn't want a bone graft or a sinus lift first.
If your scan shows that conventional implants or All-on-4 or All-on-6 can work for you, I will tell you, because they are often the better long-term choice.
Basal vs conventional implants
Where they sit
Conventional implants sit in the upper layer of the jaw. Basal implants are anchored in the deeper basal bone, which stays dense even after the upper bone has shrunk.
Bone grafting
Conventional implants may need a graft where bone is thin. Basal implants are designed to avoid one.
Time to fixed teeth
With conventional implants the final teeth often follow after a few months of healing. With basal implants, fixed teeth go on within 72 hours.
How treatment works
1. Scan and plan
A CBCT scan shows the bone in 3D, so I can check first whether regular implants are possible.
2. Surgery
The basal implants are placed in a single surgery.
3. Fixed teeth in 72 hours
A fixed set of teeth is attached within 72 hours, so you leave with teeth you can smile and eat with.

Questions
How much do basal implants cost in Delhi?
At Dr Sobti's Dental Care in Rajouri Garden, basal implants start from ₹2,00,000 per jaw. The final price depends on the number of implants and the material of the fixed teeth. You get the full cost in writing after a CBCT scan.
Who needs basal implants?
Basal implants are for people whose jaw cannot take regular implants, usually because of bone loss, and who want to avoid bone grafting. Dr Pushkar first checks whether regular implants are possible, and suggests basal implants only when they are not.
How soon do I get teeth with basal implants?
Fixed teeth are fitted within 72 hours of surgery.
What is the difference between basal and conventional implants?
Conventional implants sit in the upper, softer layer of the jaw and often need several months to heal before the final teeth go on. Basal implants are anchored in the deeper, denser basal bone, which is why fixed teeth can be loaded within days, even where the upper bone has shrunk.
